I was given a smoking room despite not requesting one, which was a major disappointment. The hotel's failure to honor my room preference left a sour taste in my mouth. Although I didn't get to experience the rest of the hotel's amenities, I was still expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this mistake set a negative tone for my entire visit.
