“Grew location, friendly staff and super family friendly!”
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even checked in on us to see if we needed anything, which was a lovely touch. However, I did notice that the room could have benefited from a broom, especially after our crystal-hunting adventure left us with a lot of dirt to deal with. It would have been great to have been able to clean the room during our stay, but overall, our experience was truly wonderful.
