“We didn't like the sofa bed, extremely uncomfortable, the AC units are very noisy. Noisy location.”

We appreciated the floor plan of the suite, with two separate bedrooms and overall cleanliness, but the sofa bed was in bad shape—broken, hard to open, and painfully uncomfortable with springs digging into our backs. My son barely slept on either night. The air conditioning units were extremely noisy, waking us whenever they turned on. To top it off, a nearby nightclub or party venue blasted loud music until about 3 a.m. on Saturday, making it hard to rest; Sunday was quieter, but Friday nights are likely just as noisy. The sleeping conditions were terrible, turning what should have been a comfortable stay into two exhausting nights, so I strongly advise against staying here on weekends.

The location was good and the breakfast was decent, but the room had problems: the toilet leaked and the cabinet by the sink wouldn’t close.

Its proximity to the arena is fantastic, the breakfast was excellent—even 10 minutes before closing they still brought more food—and the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool, however, is a bit small.

Being within walking distance of Sames Arena was a major plus for our event.
