It didn’t match the listing at all, and we had no booking details even though we’d confirmed online.

Everything was spot‑on and the staff were genuinely friendly. The restaurant served a breakfast buffet in the morning and a la carte in the evening, both dishes were tasty. The pool was well maintained and the water was refreshed daily. However, there were no chairs, loungers, or shade/umbrellas around the pool; a few more investments there would be welcome.
