I was shocked when the hotel failed to honor my reservation and instead offered me a room on the top floor with no elevator. This was completely unacceptable, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and overall, it's been a good experience. However, on my latest visit, they failed to respect my reservation order and offered me a room on the top floor, which doesn't even have an elevator. This was a major inconvenience, and I was not happy about it.
