The staff here were absolutely amazing; before booking I called with a few questions and they were so kind and helpful, and booking online was a breeze, plus they were great to deal with on site too—thanks, team! The room I stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed, the pool was a bonus, and for the price it was fantastic, with the location being great and shops just down the road.

Great location, basic room but it had everything we needed. The bed was hard and I woke up with a sore back.

Our kids loved the space in the family unit, the heated floor in the bathroom was great, the shower was good, the beds were comfy, and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

It was charming and old‑worldy with a welcoming feel, a cool pool for the kids, and the room was spacious, lovely, and clean with a tidy bathroom and surfaces. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, there was no Sky, the remote for the heat pump didn’t work, and the curtains could use a soak.

The beef burger meal at the in‑house restaurant was super delish 😋 with room service. During my stay the noise level from a NZ men’s footy sports team staying a few nights, with the pool and echo‑designed area of the pool beside my room windows, made it hard to see clearly out as chlorine on the outside affected the window views.
