I would have added a small table with a couple of chairs in the room as a breakfast spot, so we wouldn't have to make noise in the common corridor area.

The person in charge of the rooms was very helpful and cooperative, and the room itself was clean. The elevator broke down because of strong winds, and taking the stairs with heavy luggage was scary since the stairs are made of iron; this isn’t a flaw but an emergency situation.

The place was new, clean, and comfortable. In August the air conditioning wasn’t enough; my friend and I struggled to figure out how to set it, the results were too hot, and the fridge in the room didn’t cool, so even the hot water was affected.
