The price was fine, but first the place wasn’t clean and looked old, crowded and uncomfortable; the booking photos didn’t match reality. We booked a “family apartment” but got two military‑style fold‑away beds and a bed and a half instead of a double. The location was far from what the pictures showed and everything was outdated, especially the air‑conditioning. There were no thermostats in the rooms, and changing the temperature required sending a message or calling the owner. I waited an hour and a half for a change that never worked, and even after several requests they never brought a thermostat. We slept in the cold with no control over the AC, which was appalling. There was also misleading advertising: the listing showed a pool and said it was “outside the accommodation”, so we assumed it was part of the property but it turned out to be a public pool 5 minutes away that costs 35 ₪ per person. The parking was advertised as “free outside the premises”, but the area was actually marked blue‑white, so no free parking. The price was cheap, but paying less still deserves honest information and basic service. The overall experience felt unreliable, deceptive advertising, and unpleasant hospitality. I won’t return or recommend this place.
