The location is unbeatable, right on Praia de Palmas with rooms opening directly onto the beach. I can’t even begin to describe the staff—right from the start we felt at home and treated like family, pampered beyond belief. They were exceptionally kind and made sure we never lacked anything.

“Lugar de paz!”

The spot is right on the sand, spotless rooms and solid Wi‑Fi, and Lili at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. We got to try stand‑up paddleboarding and kayaks, and the other guests were super friendly. The only downsides were a limited coffee selection, lukewarm shower water and a shortage of power sockets – but we get that it’s an island resort.

Breakfast was all salty stuff – no fruit or pastries – and everything was drenched in oil, which made it feel overly greasy. On the downside, the location felt a bit isolated and not as peaceful as we hoped.

“A relaxing stay in a stunning location with excellent service”

The hotel sits on a quiet, beautiful beach and the beachfront restaurant lets you eat with your feet in the sand; the food was tasty, rooms clean and beds comfy, and the staff went out of their way to help, even preparing special meals and doing laundry for us. They also arrange boat transfers from nearby towns for a reasonable fee, though the forest trail from Abraão can be a hassle with luggage.

This place is perfectly placed for a beach walk – a 40‑minute hike from Abraão gets you right onto the sand – and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Being barefoot on the shore is a simple pleasure they deliver well.
