The location is great and central, and the staff are courteous and polite, but we had to change rooms because the new wallpaper and décor had a strong smell, and there was also cigarette odor that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The location is good and the breakfast is good, but the bathroom is a bit of a hassle to get through.

The view is gorgeous, the hotel is good, and the staff are friendly—classic large hotels are my favorite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but it could use a bit of renovation, especially the elevators. Some of the common areas are a little old‑fashioned and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the elevators mentioned earlier.

A clean hotel with excellent staff, free parking, and a happy restaurant behind it; the brand is a bit far but taxis handle it, making it a nice spot for a short break.
