Nothing good at all. The staff had no idea what counts as a valid ID, demanding a visa or OCI card for Indian passport holders and refusing a digital ID or a UK driving licence. Their rudeness was especially off‑hand toward women, and they denied me entry even with proper IDs.

The breakfast spread had every item cooked well and tasty, but I’d love to see more options at the live counter. The selection was limited; apart from eggs, there were no other non‑veg items, and the live counter only offered omelette and a few egg‑based dishes.

Clean and well‑located, but the AC was broken. Even after I switched rooms, the new room’s AC still didn’t work.

I adored the location, the spotless rooms, and the staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable and arrange a reliable cab for sightseeing. The bathrooms need a facelift, and breakfast could use a wider range of fruits and dishes.
