“Decepcionante”

Getting there was a breeze and the gardens are nicely kept, so the chalet felt clean and comfy when we arrived. The only let‑down was the indoor heated jacuzzi – it can’t be fully drained, there’s no bottom drain, and the water didn’t even have that typical chlorine smell, so we didn’t trust it enough to use it. I also noticed the cleaning checklist didn’t mention the jacuzzi at all, and the place was closed on Saturdays because it’s run by an Adventist organization.

Everything we experienced was simply wonderful – the staff, the rooms, the food, the whole package. I can’t think of a single thing that bothered me at all.

“Baixo Custo-Beneficio”

The spot is quiet, tucked away and feels cozy, which is perfect if you want to escape the noise and crowds, and the pool is nicely heated. On the downside there’s no air‑conditioning, the Wi‑Fi drops constantly, and the pool controls in the room kept misbehaving. Guests have to tidy up themselves, take out the trash, and the bathroom is pretty basic with low lighting; there’s no daily housekeeping and breakfast is left in baskets you have to fetch from the kitchen.

“Chalé 20”

The chalet itself lives up to the description – everything works, it’s exactly what they advertise and felt perfect for our stay. Unfortunately the surrounding town offers nothing to do; we couldn’t find a decent lunch spot or a romantic dinner venue, and there were no activities for couples at all.
