The place is literally steps from the beach, and in under five minutes you can walk to a mini‑market, a 24‑hour bakery, a burger joint and a restaurant, with the whole shopping centre just a few minutes farther. Location is unbeatable. The only downside was that the hired cleaner never wiped the walls, so I ended up scrubbing the bathroom wall myself.

The area itself is lovely—right by the beach and a bar—but the apartment was nothing like the pictures. The street was closed, rain caused sewage to back up, and the building had exposed wiring, an unguarded elevator shaft, makeshift stairs and a balcony without any safety rail. Inside, the bed was dirty, the bedding didn’t match the photos, Wi‑Fi was barely usable and the price was far too high for what was offered.
