The location was perfect for heading south to Gatlinburg on Hwy 23. The beds were comfy, the room was clean. We arrived late and were unable to enjoy the amenities, but we would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and needs some renovations. The gym was very small and smelly, and the disinfectant wipes were dry. The room was smelly too. We requested a back room but received no response and were given a room on the side of the road. The AC worked only when we lowered it to 64 degrees, and then it was freezing.

The pool was good. The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled like mold.

The room was very comfortable and close to restaurants and attractions. We stayed across from the gym area, and the noise level was loud.
