The room was beautiful with a fully glazed façade and three rows of blackout curtains, the breakfast was excellent, the lady in charge was very clever and kind, the Swedish buffet was well organized with a wide selection, and I commend the daily receptionist for handling our additional requests smoothly and fulfilling our wishes; thank you. The rooms were cleaned, clean, with a stunning modern bathroom featuring a large shower and a cabinet under the sink, plus a heated towel rack. At our arrival before midnight we had to pay immediately for the stay and were surprised that the taxes and fees were more than 50 % higher than listed on Booking; the receptionist, who spoke very little English and was hard to coordinate with, was uninterested in the Booking price and we had to pay the amount he set. We offered to pay for the stay and settle the taxes and fees the next morning, but it was impossible; we had to pay the full amount right away.
