I stayed in the city centre and the building had every comfort. The room was clean and quiet. I especially appreciated the whole staff, especially the host who was kind and ready to help with anything.
The place was spotless and fully equipped. Its location is great and close to the city centre. The host was friendly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff.
The building was clean, quiet and had all the comforts. It’s well connected to the city centre and the nearby public transport that makes moving around very easy. The host was kind and very helpful.
Modern, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Smooth self‑check‑in. Nothing, except that I had some troubles with the shower’s hot water. However the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Despite that though, very little water pressure and hot only for a few minutes (this is just the shower, the water from the sink was always perfectly hot and abundant). I'm sure the host will be able to get it fixed and I'll be happy to book it again.

Honestly, the only thing that was comfortable was the bed, the food was terrible. I can say the location is good. The rest was a disaster. We were four people in two adjacent rooms (it’s a large apartment split into four rooms, if I’m not mistaken). We stayed for one night but that was more than enough. Honestly, staying longer would have been impossible. It was August, an extreme heat, all we wanted was to shower. Unfortunately there was no water. The little pressure that existed wasn’t even enough to wash hair. I contacted the manager, who not only gave me no solution but was very rude. He blamed work unrelated to the apartment, belonging to the neighbourhood. I asked two building neighbours and neither knew anything nor had water problems. Clearly it was an internal apartment issue. The cleaning was truly disastrous. The smell in the bathrooms (both rooms) was nauseating. The shower interior was indescribable. I’m very sorry. Although the price was very low, the minimum cleaning and sanitary conditions must be met.
