“We appreciated the staff, the breakfasts, clealiness and neighborhood during our stay at Comfort ERA”

Breakfast was fantastic with a wide array of excellent choices. Since it was our first time in Tokyo, we asked the staff many questions; they were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The room we first checked into felt very small and cramped, but we managed to switch rooms for the last two days, which suited us perfectly.

“Quiet, clean a good location”

Quiet, and only a five‑minute walk to the centre strip and the train/bus station. The rooms felt a little small, but that was fine for a two‑night stopover; fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice.

“Hôtel correct”

The rooms were spotless, the front‑desk staff were very friendly, and we could bring outside food to the breakfast lounge; several metro stations were a 10‑15 minute walk away, and the reception could arrange a shiatsu session on request. The décor of the rooms and the bathroom (the bathtub had a shower curtain) was a bit plain, the breakfast was mediocre with frozen fruit, and the breakfast area felt more like a cafeteria.
