“C'è molto da fare per avere 4 stelle”

Lo staff del ristorante. Camera ridicolmente piccola per 3 persone adulte e 2 cani nonostante dovesse essere una camera tripla superior ed avessi prenotato con più di un mese d'anticipo. L'utilizzo dell'ascensore è quasi impossibile in quanto lentissimo, poco capiente e non prenotabile, fermava ad ogni piano sia in discesa che in risalita. Non oso pensare al disagio nei periodi di maggior affluenza. L'ultima sera, nonostante avessimo scelto il menù la sera prima come da procedura ci siamo trovati all'ultimo minuto a dover scegliere piatti diversi in quanto ci è stato detto che le richieste erano state più del previsto.per un hotel 4 stelle che vanta un ristorante è inconcepibile! Nulla da dire sullo staff del ristorante meritevole di lode!

The facility is comfortable, well organized, and fully equipped. Rooms have everything you need, are nice and clean even if not very spacious, but everything is well distributed. The staff are very friendly and competent. The restaurant is top‑level, and the breakfast buffet is good.

“Consigliatissimo”

The restaurant is excellent, the location is superb, the hotel is clean and the staff welcoming. The spa is great too! I’d come back.
