The rooms were really clean and the staff were very friendly. The sightseeing opportunities were wonderful too. Thanks for all the support.

The staff were really friendly and did everything to make our stay great - 5 stars for their kindness. The view was lovely and the food was fine. However, we had some issues when checking out - they said we never checked in, despite being there as planned, and tried to charge us for breakfast which was included. Also, there was no balcony, even though we booked one.

The manager and staff were really welcoming and helpful, and the location has lovely views from the balcony. However, the room and hotel were freezing, and the only heating provided was a single-bar electric fire that didn't make much difference. They did add another small heater in the dining room, but it was still a bit of a chilly stay.
