The house has a soul; its centuries‑old walls give a unique atmosphere (though they affect comfort), so check its history. Close to a shop and tavern. The owners welcomed us warmly. The apartment faced the street and picked up a lot of passing car noise—though traffic is minimal, so it wasn’t a major nuisance. The shop’s proximity is its only advantage, as supplies are weak—plan to shop elsewhere.
