The hotel looked nice and the staff were very friendly and always eager to help. The shuttle to the lifts was top‑class and well organized. The room we stayed in was very spacious. Dinner was always delicious and there was a wide variety. We felt very comfortable. The view from our room was unique. The hotel is definitely old and would benefit from a renovation, but that did not bother us. Breakfast was adequate, but for us from Germany there was far too little bread selection. There were no rolls. Cleanliness was okay, but could be a bit better in some corners. We were annoyed by the parking situation. The hotel’s parking lot was small and was completely full upon our arrival, so we parked on the street and paid extra, which did not bother us. The hotel only said that this is unfortunately how it is. A few days after our arrival, a second parking spot opened where you could park for free.

“Très bon hôtel”

A very good hotel with a nice pool and a shuttle. Very good breakfast. The reception was average and lacked information (breakfast time, room release time, ski rental location…).

The restaurant was very good and varied. The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms and clean. The only missing feature was air conditioning in the room.

The location and balcony views. Decor very busy and needs upgrade - Christmas decorations in April
