The staff were very friendly, the location excellent, and the facilities beautiful. I especially appreciated the hotel’s professional handling of gluten‑free meals at my request. I felt very comfortable and would book this hotel again for my stay in El Arenal. Nothing bothered me.

Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, hochwertig und bot eine große Auswahl. Besonders aufmerksam: Trotz unserer Ankunft um 23 Uhr wurde uns noch Abendessen angeboten, obwohl wir nur Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war modern, geräumig und sehr sauber. Trotz der Partymeile nebenan war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig. Da gibt es nichts Negatives!
