Everything matched my expectations, especially the location, but the bathroom is small and I think an extractor fan is needed because moisture builds up; a mosquito net would also help.

The location is fine, but the ongoing renovation causes a lot of noise from morning until evening, and the hallways are covered in dust – they should close the area while they’re working.
