The size of the suite, the bed, the bathroom amenities, the breakfast, and the staff were all great. It wasn’t something I didn’t like.

The facilities were fabulous, and every staff member was professional and polite; Nehir helped a lot at checkout and no one seemed to mind anything. The sauna and spa were great, the hotel itself was clean and well presented, and although the room was smaller than we expected it had everything we needed. The only odd thing was the windows between the bathroom and bedroom, but they were covered with blinds that couldn't be opened, so it worked out fine. I would happily stay again in a heartbeat and we’re planning a return in a few months, looking forward to it. The metro station is about 800 m away, so you can get anywhere, and there’s a lovely high‑street/town‑centre area near the hotel that’s perfect for breakfast or a late‑night bite anytime. People in the area were all so lovely and we had no hassle whatsoever. I recommend this hotel without hesitation—100 % you won’t regret it. Just the odd set up of windows between the bedroom and the bathroom but isn’t a deal‑breaker at all. Only other thing was the lack of Netflix or Prime options on the TV—just YouTube and their usual channels, mainly all in Turkish.

The spa center had a terrible smell, and it was impossible to walk through the corridors because of the damp odor.

The beds were comfortable but a bit cramped, the room itself was roomy and the bathroom was nice with good facilities, and breakfast was solid. However, the room allowed smoking, and the water bottle wasn’t refilled daily, plus the staff service felt subpar.
