The house is old and definitely needs renovation; the host is very friendly and helpful, but the environment is quite basic, which is fine if expectations are low. We were there for work, so it was adequate. A positive note: parking is available in the courtyard.

The lady was very warm, kind, and attentive to details. The house is spacious and the common areas feel like family. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but we were given repellents to reduce the issue.
