Hotel Miki

I left the hotel after the first night even though I had paid for two; when I asked at reception about a refund for the unused night, they declined, which was expected but still annoying. They never asked why I was leaving, despite having a long list of complaints. The hotel really doesn’t look like a 4‑star place – the room smelled like food, the area around it was notoriously bad, the room itself was dirty and there was no toilet paper. In the morning, a lady from the neighboring building started insulting us for no reason.

“Un soggiorno davvero fantastico! Mi sono sentita benissimo e tornerò sicuramente. Consiglio vivament”

Everything was great – the breakfast was excellent and the hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach. The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about; everything was flawless and I wouldn’t change anything about my stay.

“Nie polecam !!”

Jedyny plus to widok z pokoju na Adriatyk i na tym zakończmy. Zacznijmy od tego, że płatność w hotelu tylko gotówką, kontakt z Panią z recepcji średni (trzy razy była zmieniona cena za pokój) Miał być pokój 40m2 (był max 15m2) Z wanny lała się woda,panele były zapadnięte i zniszczone a lodówka nadaje się tylko i wyłącznie do utylizacji a nie do przechowywania żywności. Deska sedesowa z widocznymi zabrudzeniami a kołdra śmierdziała papierosami

The bed was comfortable, parking was available and the breakfast was fine. The room had an unbearable sewer smell, the shower head support was broken, and the front desk person lacked professionalism.

“No nie”

The Wi‑Fi worked and was available; check‑in was around 19 h and the elevator went to the 9th floor. Breakfast was decent, with tea brewed directly in an electric kettle. The parking was open but behind the building and illuminated. The staff at the front desk claimed that only cash payments were possible, but after discussion they said card payments were accepted with an added fee. The next day the staff stopped speaking English entirely. The bathroom was awful – no shower enclosure, so the whole room stayed wet after a shower. The towels were so hard you could cut yourself. How can this place have 4 stars?
