I had an excellent stay, everything was perfect.

I have travelled to many places, but this was the worst I have ever been to. The room smelled bad, the walls were dirty, the bed, linen and duvet were very dirty. There were no basic amenities in the room except a bottle of water. The bathroom was filthy with many stains, and there was no hot water until the receptionist supplied it. The staff were nice. I booked the room for two nights across two bookings but left after one night because it was disgusting.
