Good afternoon! The price of the accommodation was fine. Good afternoon! I didn’t like the service from the moment we entered the hotel – we had to knock three times and the staff member was visible, but it took a while to come. He wasn’t friendly or courteous.

The location was close to where I worked. They don’t provide shampoo, and the breakfast could be better.

The staff were kind and the parking is good. The room is decent, but the bathroom is very cramped.

The location was good and the breakfast acceptable, and Ms. Fátima’s service was very good, welcoming and polite. The experience was quite disappointing because of the excessive noise at night. Around 23:00, some guests arrived and stayed talking loudly in the corridor for a long time, making it hard to rest. I reported the issue to reception but received no response. Later, still in the early morning, the noise continued, apparently coming from another room where a party seemed to be happening. It was practically impossible to sleep well. We expected a quiet environment to rest, but that didn’t happen. Due to the lack of control over the situation and reception’s lack of service, we definitely will not stay at this hotel again.
