The room was pretty good, the pool was tasty, facilities were solid, the location was great, and the owner was helpful on WhatsApp. We were supposed to get Genius Breakfast, but the hotel never got the heads‑up, so there was no breakfast ready; they rushed to find some toast and cereal, which was not a great experience. I ended up looking behind the counter/kitchen – wow! Maybe it was fine that we just got toasted bread and cereal.

The location and staff were fine, but the cleanliness was terrible; the bathroom stank and I had to buy air freshener from a shop, and the manager had no manners.

The hotel staff had no idea I’d booked through an online site, creating a huge communication gap, and they even cancelled my earlier reservation and charged me twice for the same room. The overall communication with the hotel was terrible and the staff behaved irresponsibly toward guests.

The location is fantastic, the breakfast was top‑class, and the staff were very friendly. However, the bedsheets weren’t as clean as they could be, there was a lingering cigarette odor in the bathroom, and there was no place to hang used towels for drying.
