“Moho y humedades, insalubre.”

The only good thing about this place was the customer service. Every room we were given, from the first to the fourth, had dampness or mold; they all smelled awful and it was unhealthy to stay there. The only solution offered was a room change, and we finally accepted the last one because it smelled the least and had the fewest visible damp spots, yet it was still terrible. I do not recommend staying here, especially for more than one night. The room odor was horrible.

The staff were rude at check‑in. There was only one decaf and one regular coffee. The bathroom was weird and offered no privacy.

“Nice views, good location but noisy door slamming”

The view of Barcelona and the Segrada Familia was nice, and the pool bar staff were friendly. The location was good, not too far to walk to the main area, and the metro was an option. Drinks at the pool bar were pricey, and the constant door slamming woke us up in the middle of the night.

“Страхотно!”

The hotel was great, located in a wonderful spot—very close to the metro station, tram stops, and buses. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and sheets every day. The staff were polite, though not everyone spoke English well. There were plenty of toiletries, including toothbrush and toothpaste sets. Breakfast was relatively expensive, so we didn’t use it—something like €20–22 in my memory. The pool was a bit small for a hotel of this size and the sunbeds filled up quickly.
