The place is in a killer spot, and the staff were super friendly. I could see myself coming back anytime. No complaints at all.

We liked the hotel – the staff were polite and it’s close to the beach, though you have to climb a hundred stairs. The food quality was shaky and the refills weren’t reliable, so it didn’t feel all‑inclusive. If you arrive a bit later, you might find no food left.

Nothing to complain about the hotel itself. The only downside was the nearby bar that played loud music until late, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel sits in the heart of Kiten, a beautiful Black Sea resort town, and the location is top‑notch. The staff blew us away – from the warm welcome to the spotless rooms, great food, and smooth service. It really deserves more stars than it currently has.
