Everything – the location, facilities, service, and food – was extremely good, and the price‑performance was unbeatable. Nothing else to note.

“Wunderbares Ferienhotel”

The food was superb, both breakfast and dinner left no room for complaints. The indoor pool was great, but the gym could use some improvement: there were hardly any weights, limited space and equipment (why not install a proper cable machine, a barbell rack or at least a Smith machine?), and the treadmill wasn’t working. The room was nice, very spacious, and I’m glad a single person doesn’t have to pay for a full double room. It’s always tough when you’re traveling alone. Nothing else really, except the gym issues. I think it should open before 7 am for morning people, and the parking situation is a bit confusing if you have to leave multiple times a day. Oh, and there’s no fridge in the room—no cooling option is a no‑go in my opinion.

“Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis was ein Erlebnis.”

Everything from arrival to departure fit perfectly. The staff were very friendly, the food varied and made with effort, and the hotel’s facilities and location were fantastic. The only downside was the lack of single‑use bath slippers like before.
