I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service at this hotel, which made it well worth the cost for me, especially considering I was visiting for work and just needed a place to unwind. However, I felt that the food options could be tailored to better cater to people from Karnataka, as I found some of the dishes to be a bit lacking.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly courteous and made the check-in process seamless. The restaurant staff were also very good, and despite the limited parking space, the hotel staff ensured the safety of my vehicle. While the rooms were okay given the constraints, I did find the bathroom to be a bit too small.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues, including a very small bathroom with no division or curtain between the bathing area and toilet, which made for a messy experience. The bedroom was also smaller than I would have liked, but it was still manageable.

I was pleased with the facilities, morning breakfast, and cleaning at this hotel, which made for a great stay. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit steep.

My room was clean and nicely decorated, which was a big plus. However, I encountered a few issues with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be functioning properly, even when set to a relatively low temperature. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom wasn't working, which was a bit of a nuisance.
