I want to thank the whole hotel team for their warm welcome, availability, and professionalism throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quality of service, the staff’s kindness, and the attention given to guests. My stay was very pleasant and I will keep a great impression of this establishment.

The hotel is beautiful, located in the center so tourist spots and the funicular are close. They upgraded me to a wonderful, spacious room with a balcony, and the bathroom is large. When I arrived they told me breakfast was included and pointed me to it, but after I had breakfast they told me it wasn’t included and I’d have to pay, which was confusing.
The proximity to the city center was a major plus.

The location is good and the standards are high. There are no frills, no pool, and the neighborhood is a bit dense.

The location is decent, but the bathroom is poor, the room is very small, there is no parking, only one lift, breakfast is missing, and the bedding is bad.
