The view from the room is great. At check‑out there wasn’t enough staff, so a long line formed.

The breakfast offered a very wide selection of fresh, high‑quality items. The sauna area was great and very spacious. I also liked the fitness area, although the number of machines was relatively low. From the 14th floor, the view of the harbor was sensational; waking up in bed and seeing the harbor in the morning is already awesome. On the downside, the coffee at the breakfast self‑service machine tasted worse than my last visit—perhaps the coffee variety changed or the machine is faulty, as the coffee had a slightly “burnt” flavor. During showers, the water temperature fluctuated sharply. On Saturday evening, after returning from our “Reepebahnbummel,” the line in front of the elevators filled with people heading to the SkyBar; there should have been priority for hotel guests simply wanting to go to their rooms.
