The service was very pleasant and satisfied me. I think the facility could be better cleaned and equipped.

The staff was friendly and the inn felt very warm. We ate at the adjacent izakaya and the owner’s recommendations were delicious. It seems the meal conditions differ on the online booking site; there are options with two meals or breakfast included, so check that.

The host was incredibly kind and cheerful, and the husband was gentle and helpful. When I asked if we could have Mie‑zawa beef, he called a nearby butcher and arranged it on the spot. The host also took great care with breakfast, and I’m truly grateful. A sake brewery is right nearby, where we bought good sake. The host isn’t available after 3 pm, so you can’t check in then. It was a traditional Japanese inn: the rooms shared a bath and toilet, but the bath (a hot spring?) could be reserved for private use.
