I’m really disappointed with my stay. I stayed here for two nights, yet the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and the room phone was dead, forcing me to use my own phone to call reception even for simple requests like water. I had stayed at this same hotel about three years ago and faced the exact same problems, so I’m surprised that these basic issues remain unresolved. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the problems, because guests shouldn’t have to deal with the same unresolved issues years later.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and it’s very close to the shopping mall, restaurants, and the airport. The only downside is that the room is far from the entrance and lobby.

تعاملهم لطيف مافي ازعاج من الفريق و الموقع ممتاز. الباركن جدا ضيق و في ازعاج مرات اخر الليل ما اعرف من الغرف او مكان ثاني و الفطور صراحة ما بي مستوى المبلغ افضل افطر من مطعم
