The owner was pleasant, showed us everything and explained it, parking is in a closed courtyard, air conditioning, a kitchen and toilet supplies are available, the place is quiet, there was no problem arranging a late check‑out.

The apartments are in a great spot, close to the city centre, right next to a very nice park. Our unit was spacious and clean, the equipment is suitable even for a multi‑room stay, it has air conditioning, in ours both rooms had it, which is a bonus in summer. The only issue is that because of the nearby park and the shade, opening the windows is not recommended; despite the air conditioning it's almost impossible to keep fresh air, we didn't have a bug problem though. In the basement apartment there are no curtains on the windows, so from 5 am in summer there's light – if someone has trouble sleeping it could affect them. Otherwise everything is very good.

The owner was helpful and the extended weekend in the area was enjoyable; the accommodation had a fully equipped parking spot at the bottom. However, the bedroom on the higher floor lacked curtains, so the window let in a lot of light early in the morning.
