The location is ideal and the staff are friendly, yet the parking is a bit pricey, the sink is slightly clogged, some parts of the bathroom lack cleanliness… it could be better. The fridge is less noisy, which would help with sleeping.

The location is good, but parking is difficult.

It’s close to the old city, near many attractions and the market, but it wasn’t clean. The mattresses were uncomfortable, dust was everywhere, and I don’t know when they last cleaned the pillows.

The hotel’s location is great, but parking is an issue. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and didn’t match the advertised photos. Mold was everywhere, and it was clear most items hadn’t been properly deep‑cleaned in a long time. The AC unit was haphazardly attached to the wall, loud, smelled bad, and barely cooled the room. The furniture was heavily worn and faintly smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. The employee, though friendly and seemingly trying his best, was not dressed appropriately; he wore a dirty T‑shirt with visible holes and couldn’t resolve any of our issues. The mattress was extremely old and creaked with every movement, as if the springs hadn’t been replaced in decades. Parking behind the hotel costs €25 per day per car, and finding this out was unnecessarily complicated. When we asked for directions, the hotel simply replied, “There are parking spots at the hotel.” After seeing the room’s condition, we immediately decided to leave and requested a refund. The hotel employee told us he couldn’t issue one and that we needed to contact the platform; they failed to respond within the timeframe they had provided, eventually refunded us only for the second night, and tried to deflect responsibility by stating that they were “only hosting the hotel listings and not responsible for the transactions or anything else.” Bottom line: Avoid this place. In my opinion, the experience was a complete scam. We ended up staying at a really nice “Bed and Breakfast” for the same price per night. They provided virtually no assistance throughout the process, and we had to repeatedly remind them to take action. When something goes wrong, they seem more interested in avoiding accountability than in helping their customers resolve the issue.
