We got great value for money, staying just one night to rest before heading home to the UK; it was a convenient stop before the Channel Tunnel. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were tidy. It’s a very basic hotel: beds are close together in a small room and the walls are thin, so it’s not very quiet. I wouldn’t stay longer than a quick overnight stop, but for the price—extremely cheap for three triple rooms—it was perfect for our needs.

“Horrible place.”

The room was filthy and smelled like urine. We arrived late, walked around, and when we came back saw a poorly folded throw on a shelf that seemed to be the source of the smell, but the receptionist had already left so no one was available to address it. Blood on the floor confirmed the lack of cleanliness, making us uncomfortable enough that we almost left in the middle of the night. We were also scared to go outside with a child because of strange people in the parking area and concerns that our car might be vandalised after reading other reviews. It was a horrible night.

“Qualité du logement en rapport avec le prix !”

A quiet spot with friendly reception, but the bathroom was missing a small towel near the shower, and breakfast was very limited – a cheese would have been nice, no cold cuts.

The staff were welcoming and good conversationalists, but at 11:45 the place was chaotic: my room was 32, then 34, two drunk guests almost forced me to call the police, the windows were dirty, a slice of ham stuck in the shower, the TV remote was broken, the screens were tiny, and in 2026 there was still no night guard or TV channel, even though the sign said otherwise – the parking was in bad shape, showing the investors’ poor welcome.
