“Good location but no staff working makes for a horrible experience”
The location and price were good. At times, no one was available at the front desk, and the sheets were wet.

The staff were helpful. The hallway was noisy.

The spot is spot on, but there was no breakfast.

The rooms and the hotel itself were nice, yet I kept trying to call for an early check‑in and to pay ahead, but nobody answered all day. I was still charged extra and had questions about the card charges, yet no one picked up. I left a message and never received a callback. The communication here is the worst I've ever dealt with; I won't stay again because you can’t talk to anyone.

It sits right across from Century Casino.
