The location was too far from the waterfront, and the price was too high for the services provided. The breakfast was advertised as included, but they only offered prepackaged Conad croissants that were practically invisible. The toilet drain was clogged, making it a real effort to use the bathroom. On the first night, water didn’t come out of my bathroom, and trying to get the owners’ attention was a nightmare (I called, knocked, and only got a response after using the intercom from outside). Cleaning was mediocre; something hit me in the bed that night (maybe bed bugs?). The next morning, I had until 11 am to check out, but I was blamed for not freeing the room before that time because other guests had already arrived. Terrible overall.
