Most of the staff were fine except the security chief, who after hearing my comments about the hotel refused to say hello to me for three days, which I found extremely rude, while the animation team and the bar staff were exceptionally respectful; however, for someone who’s spent half the year in Turkey and visited over fifty five‑star properties, this place was terrible – the entrance checkpoint only lets one person through at a time like a prison, even though two barriers could let families with children pass more easily, the dinner was bland with almost no variety, the breakfast was poor compared with other hotels, there was no Ayran from May 3 to May 5 even though a three‑star hotel would normally offer it, Turkish coffee was missing at the bars, and the promised car parking never existed.
