I tried to get into the key box but the email had no code; after calling them I finally received a code for a key box that actually had no key inside. I found a used condom under the bed and was told we had to park our car in front of a sign that said “cars parked here will be removed,” so I couldn't sleep all night for fear of losing the vehicle. The staff didn’t understand what we said and only used WhatsApp for texting, making communication awful.

No breakfast. The hotel is really tired. It doesn’t deserve one star. Read more reviews. On the way to the hotel we were told there would be no hot water. We accepted that, since there was no other hotel available on such short notice. A chat with the receptionist upon arrival gave the impression that it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. There was almost no compensation for this. The rooms were small, dirty, and very worn. Many examples: cabinets falling apart, broken drawers, broken door handles, and wires over the ugly carpets. I’m leaving.
