Set in the countryside near San Giovanni in Marignano, the property is just a three‑minute drive from town and ten minutes from Cattolica’s beaches, offering a peaceful retreat; the room and the whole house are tastefully finished with meticulous attention to detail, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderful view from the apartment’s terrace. Nicoletta’s kindness and helpfulness were especially appreciated, and her wine was truly excellent. The only thing we could think of, after a lot of searching, was that the large terrace might benefit from a line or rack for drying towels and swimsuits after a day at the sea.

I had a very positive experience! The apartment was clean, welcoming, and well cared for in every detail. The layout was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. A special thanks to the staff, always courteous, helpful and professional. The location was also great, convenient for reaching the main points of interest in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and quality hospitality. We will gladly return.
