The room felt clean and the atmosphere was nice, but every time I looked for the parking lot it was confusing, and on this visit someone else had parked there, so I had to explain and convince them to move it, which left me feeling annoyed right from the start; I asked the hotel to improve this. Because I chose a smoking room, the exhaust fan is noisy. At checkout, the automatic machine showed a higher rate than the reservation, so I had to redo the payment and only then did the correct rate appear, which was very confusing and mysterious.

I could check in early, but when I booked through dot.com the staff gave me a grimace and told me there was no breakfast or service – disappointing.
