Communication was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

We were given a fan that we thank for, but the room still couldn't be cooled because of its location, which the host can't control.

The hotel has a restaurant, and right next to it is the Veselí nad Lužnicí train station in the town. Just beside that is a bike trail where you can turn off and there's a little courtyard with a pond. The hotel is 15 minutes from the center and a 25‑minute walk from the sandstone quarry (you can swim for free in one of the ponds). There's a cottage on the street where you can buy real honey. The staff are super kind. In the kitchen they even cut a melon for me and lent me dishes. The hallway was dark, but I still found the room entrance 🙂.
