The hotel didn't serve breakfast, which was fine because we didn't pay for it, even though the booking said it was included. Loud music and parties from cars kept the noise up until 11 pm, but those cars weren't there in the morning, so I doubt they had rooms.

I had a disastrous experience from the moment I arrived at this hotel. The lobby was locked, and I had to wait for someone to let me in. Once I checked in, I was given a room key, but the room itself was a nightmare - it reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke. I immediately returned to the lobby to complain and request a refund, but the clerk told me to contact the manager on Monday, which I'm planning to do today.
