The welcome drink and sweets were a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast tasted amazing. The room was cute, tidy, and comfortable, letting me rest easy. I wish they could offer tastings of the pastries.

I booked a Standard Twin, but the room actually had one single bed and one double bed, which was a pleasant surprise. There were also two bathrooms, so it felt like a single room and a double room joined together, letting my companion use the bathroom without any inconvenience. The air‑conditioning worked well, which is great because many hotels I stay at every few months have weak AC. In summer, a cool room is essential for relaxation, so this hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also good. On the downside, I didn’t see smiles from the male staff. When I went to the lobby in the morning, they would say “Good morning” but without a smile. I also saw them greet other guests at breakfast without smiles. Additionally, after checkout, I waited in the lobby for my husband to bring the car from the partner parking lot, but all the tables had “Reserved” signs and I couldn’t sit. There were a few chairs along the wall for about four people, but they were all taken. I have severe back pain, so after a while I finally found an empty seat, but the “Reserved” seats stayed empty for 10–15 minutes while I was standing.

Being close to the station made shopping and dining very convenient, and the single room I booked was just right, clean and furnished with cute décor; the welcome sweets and breakfast were both delicious. The only disappointment was that there was no Netflix or similar streaming service.

The welcome dessert and breakfast were both superb, and the room was charming with bear motifs everywhere, which made the stay very relaxing; the staff were all courteous as well. The only gripe was that the placement of the power outlets in the room was confusing.
