Every staff member—from Kathie at the front desk to shuttle drivers Dale and others, to Kelly in the restaurant—was exceptionally helpful and kind. The only downside was the lack of an ATM on site or any other way to tip the outstanding housekeeping and shuttle crews.

I found the rooms spacious, large, and comfortable, but the pool had been uncleaned for quite some time, so the water looked dirty even though it still smelled of chlorine.
